Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 8–12 months of customer service experience.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Experience with Banner or Etrieve is a plus.
• Knowledge of FAFSA and Title IV preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist students navigate the financial aid process in-person, email and by phone.
