Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree or higher preferred.

• Financial Aid and/or Title IV experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates the delivery of student financial aid and the maintenance of student financial aid records.
• Recommends, interprets, and updates financial aid policies, ensuring compliance with pertinent laws and regulations.
• Prepares applications and proposals for federal, state, and local funds and manages department budget proposals.
• Coordinates financial aid operations with Admissions and student records.
• Researches, analyzes, develops, and improves processes for efficiency and compliance.
• Assists with audits and program reviews and performs need analysis for aid eligibility.
