Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and report on financial aid data to track trends and support decision-making and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Provide technical SIS support, design, test and maintain reports, queries and dashboards; review end-to-end processes to optimize operations.
• Assist in the maintenance and data integrity of systems and databases; develop standardized data import/cleaning/validation practices.
• Manage data exchanges with vendors and identify opportunities to improve business processes.
• Generate processes for award letters, ISIR letters, and related communications.
• Gather requirements and produce specifications for new systems or modifications to current systems and integrations.
• Establish reports and strategies to enhance the student experience.
• Analyze Financial Aid regulations to ensure compliance; create ad hoc reports on request.
• Assist in analysis and preparation for financial aid reports and audits.
• Offer flexibility with overtime during peak periods as needed.
