In this fully remote role, you will support students through phone calls, email, and virtual appointments. You will manage an assigned student caseload, explain financial responsibilities clearly, and follow through on outstanding requirements to keep student files moving forward.

What You'll Do:

The Financial Aid Advisor serves as the primary resource for students as they navigate the financial aid process. From assisting with FAFSA applications to building financial estimates and payment plans, you'll provide personalized advising to help students make informed decisions about their education. You'll also ensure compliance with federal, state, and accrediting body regulations while working collaboratively with admissions and student services to create a seamless enrollment and financial aid experience.

Your Responsibilities Include:
