Eagle Gate College, part of Unitek Learning, seeks a Financial Aid Administrator to guide students through the financial aid process and ensure accurate processing of aid to maintain positive cash flow. You will report to the Director of Financial Aid and collaborate with multiple departments.

The role requires 2+ years of financial aid experience and strong customer service skills. Knowledge of CampusVue and standard MS Office tools is preferred. This position is on-site in Boise, Idaho.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• CampusVue experience preferred.
• Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook skills recommended.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.

Aufgaben

• Process Verification and Disbursements for students.
• Award state and federal aid to eligible students.
• Counsel students and parents through the process.
• Provide estimates and packaging information to students.
• Manage default and financial literacy programs.
• Audit and run reports to ensure accuracy.
• Coordinate with other departments to assist students.
• Maintain up-to-date information on federal regulations.
