Job summary

Lincoln Tech’s East Windsor campus in Connecticut is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Advisor. You will guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance and work with the campus team to ensure timely aid awards.

We value hands-on experience, strong communication, and meticulous data management. 1+ years in higher education financial aid and an Associate’s degree are preferred as we support career-focused students.

• Strong communication with students, families, and FA teams
• Detail-oriented data management and file maintenance

We're looking for an experienced financial aid professional who understands the unique needs of career-focused students pursuing skilled trades education. If you have 1+ years of hands-on financial aid experience in higher education and enjoy helping students navigate Title IV funding for shorter-term programs, this role could be perfect for you.
