Lincoln Tech Levittown PA campus is seeking an experienced Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through the complete aid process and Title IV clearance. You will manage student records, assist New, Veteran, and Agency students, and collaborate with FA Managers and Regional Directors.

Applicants should have 1+ years of higher education financial aid experience and be detail-oriented, with strong communication skills to support students and families through funding options and compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education
• Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance
• Strong communication for students, families, and staff
• Detail-oriented data management and file maintenance
• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance
• Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance
• Support New, Veteran, and Agency students with specialized funding needs
• Participate in campus orientations and student start events
• Collaborate with FA Managers and Regional Directors
