Job summary

Unitek EMT in Provo, Utah is seeking a Financial Aid Administrator to guide current, prospective and alumni students through the financial aid process. You will report directly to the Director of Financial Aid and handle eligibility, awarding, packaging and disbursements to support positive cash flow.

Responsibilities include processing verifications, awarding federal and state aid, counseling students and parents, calculating Return of Title IV, auditing, producing reports, and coordinating

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 2+ years of Financial Aid experience preferred.
• Campus Vue experience preferred.
• Computer knowledge including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail with the capability to multi-task.

Job Description

As our Financial Aid Administrator (FAA), you will meet and communicate with current, prospective and alumni students to guide them through the financial aid process. As an FAA, you will report directly to the Director of Financial Aid. You will be responsible for administering, determining eligibility, and processing student financial aid to maintain positive cash flow, in addition to other relatedtasks for the financial aid department.
