Job summary

College of Health Care Professions (CHCP) seeks a Financial Aid Advisor to develop and finalize student financial aid plans for CHCP students, ensuring compliance with policy and funding regulations. This role includes counseling students on available financial aid and aligning packaging with admissions decisions.

The position supports a work-from-home model with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to advance within a national healthcare education network.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations which may impact Title IV funding.
• Basic knowledge of CampusVue database (preferred).
• Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs preferred.
• At least two years’ experience working in a post-secondary institution.

Responsibilities

Job Summary and Qualifications

You responsibilities will include developing, negotiating, and finalizing student financial aid plans in accordance with state, federal, accreditation, and company policies and regulations for awarding and packaging financial aid for our CHCP students. This includes counseling students about financial aid available based upon their acceptance at School and other matters relevant to student financial aid planning and packaging.

What qualifications you will need:

High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations which may impact Title IV funding.

Basic knowledge of CampusVue database (preferred).

Previous experience working with and technical knowledge of student financial aid programs preferred.

At least two years’ experience working in a post-secondary institution.
