Lincoln Tech in Hicksville, NY seeks an experienced Financial Aid Advisor to guide students through Title IV funding, from application to clearance. The role emphasizes accuracy, data integrity, and timely processing to help students access funding for career-focused programs.

You will work closely with students, families, and campus staff, contributing to orientations and start events while collaborating with FA Managers and Regional Directors to ensure compliant, timely funding decisions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of current financial aid experience in higher education.
• Experience with Title IV funding processes and compliance.
• Strong communication skills for working with students, families, and corporate financial aid teams.
• Detail-oriented approach to data management and file maintenance.
• Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.

Responsibilities

• Guide students through the complete financial aid process from application to Title IV clearance.
• Manage student information systems, data entry, and electronic file maintenance.
