Universal Technical Institute, Inc. seeks a Financial Aid Advisor in Austin to guide students through financial aid, explain options, and collaborate with Admissions and Student Services to enhance enrollment experiences.

You’ll support a fast-paced team, deliver compassionate service, and help students achieve their educational goals. The role offers excellent benefits, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; some college coursework preferred.
• 3 years in customer service or sales; 2 years in Financial Aid preferred.
• Title IV: experience preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.

• Guide the Way: Support students through every step of the financial aid process, ensuring they have everything they need to succeed.
• Deliver Excellence: Provide exceptional service with compassion, clarity, and efficiency, helping students overcome any financial hurdles.
• Solve Problems: Identify and address barriers to starting or continuing school with creative and effective solutions.
• Educate and Empower: Explain federal aid, FAFSA, scholarships, and more to help students make informed financial decisions.
• Collaborate for Success: Work closely with Admissions, Student Services, and other teams to enhance student satisfaction and success.

Position Overview

As a Financial Aid Advisor, you’ll be the friendly guide that students and their families rely on to make sense of financial aid, from securing resources to understanding the process.
