We are seeking a compassionate, detail-oriented individual with a calling to support older adults with their daily financial management. This role requires someone who is tech-savvy and proficient in Microsoft 365 and Excel.

Key Responsibilities:

• Day-to-Day Financial Support: Manage household bill payments and monitor cash flow


• Client Support: Coordinate home maintenance and provide assistance with healthcare and long-term care claims.


• Security: Act as a safeguard against fraud and scams.


• Organizational Support: Organize financial documents for tax filing and ensure estate plans are up to date and accounts are titled correctly.

Advocacy: While our firm often serves as Durable Power of Attorney, Trustee, or Personal Representative, this role focuses specifically on the daily money management needs of our clients.

Schedule and Location:

• Hours: 20-40 hours per week.


• Work Environment: A hybrid model, involving both in-home client visits and remote work from a home office.

Requirements:

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Excel.


• High level of integrity, patience, and professional discretion.


• Ability to work independently in both a home-office setting and a client’s home.


• All employees will need to pass background, credit, and driving record checks and well as drug-screening prior to employment.
