Job summary

You will be the primary contact for clients, helping with account questions, onboarding, and documentation while maintaining compliance and accurate records. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to succeed here.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in financial services, wealth management, or client service is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and service requests.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication.
  • Assist clients with account-related questions, paperwork, and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate client meetings, including preparation and post-meeting follow-up.
  • Prepare and process new account applications and onboarding documentation.
  • Handle account maintenance requests (transfers, distributions, beneficiary updates, etc.).
  • Monitor account activity and ensure timely execution of transactions.
  • Maintain accurate client records in CRM and custodial platforms.
  • Support advisors in meeting preparation, including performance reports and financial planning materials.
  • Generate client reports and assist in portfolio review preparation.
  • Track and follow up on outstanding client action items.
  • Assist with implementation of financial plans and investment recommendations.
  • Ensure all activities comply with SEC/FINRA regulations and firm policies.
  • Maintain organized client files and documentation (digital and physical).
  • Assist with compliance audits, reporting, and documentation requests.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency.
  • Coordinate with custodians, third‑party providers, and internal teams.
  • Manage task workflows and deadlines to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Support special projects and operational initiatives as needed.

What You’ll Bring:
