The role emphasizes closing skills, adherence to an established sales process, and collaboration with dedicated support teams for marketing, scheduling, planning and processing. High earnings potential with commission and revenue sharing.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor.
• Active Series 65 license.
• Strong consultative sales and relationship-building skills.
• Must work fully on-site in Fort Myers.

Responsibilities

• Meet with warm, prequalified prospects; conduct 5–6 client meetings weekly.
• Lead onboarding through 2–3 meetings.
• Review financial plans prepared by the planning team before presenting recommendations.
• Evaluate client goals, retirement needs, risk tolerance, and investment priorities.
• Present solutions involving assets, stocks, bonds, ETFs, annuities, insurance and other strategies.
• Aim for a 30% closing ratio and convert qualified prospects to clients.
• Deliver a polished, educational client experience.
