Job summary

Boutique Recruiting in Tampa seeks an experienced Financial Advisor to guide retirees, pre-retirees and high-net-worth clients through retirement and financial planning. You will meet pre-qualified prospects, conduct discovery, present recommendations, and close new business in a supportive wealth management platform.

The ideal candidate has 3–5+ years in client-facing financial services, holds Series 65 or 66, and can build long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or in a similar client-facing financial services role.
• Active Series 65 or Series 66 license required.
• Strong ability to present recommendations and close new business.
• Excellent communication, presentation and client relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified prospective clients to understand goals and plans.
• Conduct discovery meetings and identify retirement, investment, estate, tax and insurance opportunities.
• Develop and present customized financial strategies.
• Educate clients on financial solutions and guide decision-making.
• Convert opportunities to new clients while maintaining a consultative approach.
• Build long-term relationships and coordinate with planning, service and operations teams.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and stay current on financial products and planning trends.
