Job summary

Prevail Recruiting is seeking a Financial Advisor in a role with pre-qualified leads and no prospecting requirements. You will meet with clients in person in multiple markets and close new assets using an established marketing engine.

The position offers base salary plus uncapped commissions, with earning potential in the $250K–$350K+ range for strong performers. Onsite office-based, relocation assistance available for qualified candidates in Houston, TX and other listed cities.

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 or Series 66 license is required.
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Advisor or similar client-facing role.
• Strong consultative sales and closing skills.
• Client-first, education-oriented approach to financial planning.

Responsibilities

• Meet with pre-qualified clients to understand goals and retirement objectives.
• Conduct discovery conversations and identify planning opportunities.
• Present customized financial strategies and educate clients on solutions.
• Close new client relationships and grow assets under management.
• Present at webinars and seminars to build presence in markets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver the client experience.
