Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; at least 3 years of relevant sales or business experience.
• SIE license required or ability to obtain within four months from start of program.
• Series 7 and Series 66 or ability to obtain within four months from start of program.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within six months from start of program.

Responsibilities

• Learn to build an individual client practice under mentorship.
• Meet production targets that impact overall company revenue goals.
• Provide sound financial advice aligned with client objectives, time horizon, and risk tolerance.
• Open, transfer, and close client accounts; maintain appropriate account records.
• Balance client development with service and compliance responsibilities.
• Prospect, network, and develop niches to grow the client pipeline.
