Raymond James Financial, Inc. seeks a Financial Advisor Trainee in Woodland Hills, CA to join the Advisory Mastery Program, a structured development track with hands-on coaching, trainings, and licensing support.

You will build skills in financial analysis, client service, and relationship management within a collaborative team. The program emphasizes mentorship, prospecting, and the pursuit of industry credentials, guiding you toward a productive advisory career with long-term growth

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred, and a minimum of four years working experience in sales or business.
• SIE required with potential exemption or grandfathering cannot be applied; ability to obtain within 4 months.
• Series 7 & 66 or ability to obtain within 4 months from start of program.
• Life, Health and Variable Annuity licenses or ability to obtain within 6 months.

Mansioni

• Develop client pipeline by prospecting, networking, community involvement and centers of influence.
• Manage full scope of client relationships by evaluating financial needs and investment opportunities.
• Recommend products and services suited to client objectives, time horizons and risk profile.
• Access internal resources to identify opportunities and solutions for clients.
• Develop a book of business aligned with program goals for assets under management and production.
• Complete required training and obtain mandatory licenses within timeframes.
