• Assist advisors in using Northwestern Mutual technology tools to enhance client-advisor experiences and productivity.
• Understand sales cycles to integrate technology into business processes.
• Demonstrate technology benefits with clear communication to diverse audiences.
• Collect feedback to relay to Home Office leadership for user-driven improvements.
• Identify inefficiencies and suggest simple tech applications to improve practices.
• Participate in planning sessions to support goal achievement and productivity.
• Deliver training on technology best practices, assisting with classes under supervision.
• Prepare users for new technology deployments through training and communication of benefits.
• Track engagement and attend trainings to expand knowledge and drive improvement.
• Travel may be required based on supported offices.
