Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
• Willingness to obtain securities licenses (Series 7/66 or 63/65) is expected or encouraged.
• Strong written and verbal communication, and excellent client-service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Provide client support for a FA/PWA/team, cultivate and enhance client relationships.
• Execute money movements and relay account information and balances.
• Enter profile information or pre-fill documentation in clerical capacity as directed.
• Educate or enroll clients in digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Administrative duties: answer inbound calls, schedule meetings, manage calendars and travel logistics, prepare expense reports.
