• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide service coverage for a FA/PWA/team and cultivate client relationships.
• Execute money movement transactions as requested by clients or team.
• Answer general non-investment questions and relay account details (balances, positions).
• Enter profile information and pre-fill documentation in clerical capacity.
• Educate clients on digital tools (MSOnline, eSign, eAuthorization).
• Onboard and maintain client accounts with required documentation.
