Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related areas.
• Ability to communicate effectively with leadership, field recruiting professionals, and internal recruiters.
• Must be in office 3 days a week (Tuesday - Thursday).

Responsibilities

• Prospect financial advisors to gauge interest in meetings with LPL recruiters.
• Execute weekly prospecting campaigns using news, territory makeup and recruiter direction.
• Qualify leads via independent judgment before introducing to the Internal/ Regional Directors.
• Make 100 outreaches per day via cold calls, emails and LinkedIn.
• Use Salesforce.com to track KPIs and lead flow impact.
• Develop knowledge to qualify for the Internal Regional Director path.
