This role offers access to a robust referral network across Retail, Business Banking, and Wealth partners, giving you the opportunity to focus on what you do best: building relationships and delivering advice-based solutions.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and grow a book of business through referrals, new client development, and a defined territory of retail branch partnerships across the Portsmouth market
• Deliver personalized investment and insurance solutions aligned to client goals
• Partner with branch, business banking, and wealth teams to generate consistent opportunities

What You Bring:
