Job summary

Thoroughbred Advisors is seeking a full-time financial advisor in Latham, NY. Onsite role with a base range of $80,000–$200,000 per year and full commission, plus benefits and training. Hybrid/Remote options available; no experience required to apply.

You will meet one-on-one with individuals and families, understand their goals, and build a personal client base while developing long-term relationships in your community. Ongoing coaching supports growth.

Qualifications

• Must have some experience in a professional environment (nursing, teaching, office experience, etc.).
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employer sponsorship. Thoroughbred Advisors does not offer or support visa sponsorship.
• You do not need to be licensed before applying. We'll help you get there. All securities licensing support is provided within your first six months.

Responsibilities
