You will develop core skills in lead qualification, discovery, and regulatory documentation while joining a collaborative team dedicated to doing the right thing for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and a willingness to learn in financial advisory.
• Good communication helps explain financial concepts clearly.
• Ability to listen, ask questions, and help clients feel comfortable.
• Familiarity with financial regulations is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead management & relationship building: qualify leads and build the initial report to convert them.
• Assist senior advisors in discovery meetings to uncover client goals and pain points.
• Own middle-of-funnel follow-up, providing data to move leads forward.
• Maintain meticulous documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with marketing as a point of contact at events.
