Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Relevant experience in sales or financial services preferred.
• Proven ability to influence a group to a recommended course of action.
• Strong work ethic and integrity with adherence to policies and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Identifies markets and develops marketing plans to sell insurance and investment solutions.
• Travels to prospect and network for middle-market clients.
• Schedules in-person appointments for sales, conservation, and service.
• Prepares for and conducts appointments using consultative practices.
• Sells insurance and investment solutions effectively.
• Plans and schedules weekly sales, marketing, and service activities.
• Markets locally to build the Western & Southern Life brand.
• Develops community relationships to strengthen presence in target markets.
• Maintains client records and payments accurately.
