Job summary

Talent Harbor in Olympia, WA is hiring a Financial Advisor to move into a lead advisory role within an established independent RIA. You will work closely with an Executive Director during a 6–12 month transition, building trust with an existing client base and progressively taking ownership of client households.

The role features a hybrid schedule (3 days in-office, 2 days remote) with a base salary of $120K–$135K and a sign-on bonus up to $20K for top candidates, plus a multi-year bonus tied to

Qualifications

• Active Series 65 or Series 66.
• 2+ years hands-on client-facing wealth management, financial planning, or investment advisory experience.
• Strong financial planning capabilities and client relationship management skills.
• Ability to commute to Olympia, WA for the hybrid schedule (3 days on-site / 2 days remote).

Responsibilities

• Inherit and service high-net-worth client relationships with an established base.
• Work with Executive Director through a 6–12 month transition to lead client households.
• Provide holistic financial planning and fiduciary guidance.
