Job summary

LaSalle Investment Management seeks an Internal Advisor Consultant based in Chicago to prospect, build relationships with financial advisors, and promote LaSalle’s commercial real estate products. The role reports to the National Sales Manager and will coordinate with External Advisor Consultants across assigned territories with periodic travel.

The position requires a bachelor’s degree, FINRA Series 7/63 licenses, 2–5 years in sales support, strong communication and CRM/MS Office skills, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field preferred.
• 2–5 years in a sales support or similar role.
• Currently holding FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses is required.
• Strong interest in sales and financial markets.
• Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Willingness to travel within territory (<15%).

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive phone sales presentations to top tier financial advisors highlighting LaSalle’s products and value proposition.
• Partner with External Advisor Consultants to drive sales and assets and build relationships with advisors through a defined territory plan.
• Profile advisors to understand practice, clients and investment process and position LaSalle’s offerings.
• Develop proficiency in LaSalle products, firm and platforms used to raise capital.
• Collaborate with LaSalle and JLL teams to uphold corporate culture and policies.
