Qualifications

• Series 7 and Series 66 are required licenses.
• Experience in financial services working with clients and investment products is expected.
• State insurance licenses are preferred.
• CFP® or CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and/or CRPC™ or Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing strategies.
• Understand clients' needs to accelerate trust and create personalized financial strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to develop and monitor the branch business plan.
• Foster a collaborative, respectful branch culture with accountability.
