Qualifications

• Strong communications skills and a self-starter mentality are essential.
• Experience in financial services with client relationships is required or strongly preferred.
• Licensing such as Series 7/66 is required; state licenses are a plus; CFP/CRPC is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships to create new clients via face-to-face and virtual sourcing.
• Understand clients' needs to develop personalized, comprehensive strategies.
• Oversee branch processes to ensure a high-quality client experience and compliance.
• Engage the branch team to monitor and adjust the branch business plan.
• Maintain ongoing training to meet regulatory requirements and licenses.
