Job summary

Thrivent Financial is seeking a Financial Advisor to serve South Indianapolis and surrounding areas. You will guide clients on financial clarity, offering actionable advice and connecting them to Thrivent programs.

You’ll build long-term relationships and schedule appointments through your network, delivering workshops to grow your practice. Onboarding includes training and licensing support, with collaboration from business development, marketing, technology and experienced advisors to help you

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
FINRA SIE, life and health licenses (licensed role) before contracting.
Background check, fingerprinting and securities registration and/or insurance licensing verification, if applicable.

Responsibilities

Build a financial practice guiding Christians on their journeys to financial clarity.
Provide personal, actionable and achievable advice and connect clients to Thrivent products and programs.
Develop and maintain genuine, long-term relationships with clients within your community.
Schedule client appointments through networking and Thrivent’s reputation; deliver workshops and market your practice.
Collaborate with specialists across the organization to build your business.
