Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries regarding Merrill offerings.
• Position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities to clients.
• Collect client data following KYC; open accounts as appropriate.
• Serve as interim Financial Advisor with suitable product recommendations.
• Document client interactions in Salesforce accurately.
