Job summary

Bank of America’s Merrill Wealth Management is seeking candidates for the Advisor Development Program in the Bellevue area. The program develops a book of business and delivers personalized wealth guidance through the Merrill-Bank of America relationship.

You’ll receive world‑class training and coaching, learn to identify client needs, and work with banking and investment partners to deliver comprehensive solutions that align with clients’ goals and life priorities.

Qualifications

• Current Series 7 & 66 licenses, or 63/65 in lieu of 66.
• Minimum of one year in financial services or a sales environment with goals met.
• Investments industry knowledge and ability to advise clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and position Merrill and Bank of America capabilities.
• Collect client profile data following KYC to open accounts.
• Provide recommendations on investments and service client accounts.
• Document client interactions and opportunities in Salesforce.
