Capital City Bank is seeking a Financial Advisor to provide tailored investment solutions and guidance to clients. The role supports long-term financial goals through insurance and investment products via LPL Financial, with a focus on compliant, unbiased advice.

Responsibilities include securing sales, meeting clients, and developing referral networks while adhering to Bank standards and motor vehicle guidelines. Requires FINRA licenses and finance education.

Qualifications

• FINRA licenses Series 7 and 66 required to sell regulated investments.
• Insurance licenses required.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or finance required.

Responsibilities

• Secure sales and develop sales strategies with the Sales Manager to exceed production goals.
• Develop referral sources outside the Bank with clients, CPAs, attorneys, Bank associates and other related sources of investment business.
• Meet with clients in person, including early morning and/or late evening meetings.
• Analyze client financial circumstances and recommend investment options and potential risks.
• Cross-refer Bank products and use financial planning tools.
• Attend sales meetings and learn new techniques for future implementation.
