Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field preferred (not required).
• Must already be fully licensed and experienced as a Registered Representative and/or Investment Advisor Representative.
• Proven experience as a financial services representative.
• Sound knowledge of financial legislation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong mathematical skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred

Responsibilities

• Educate and provide investment options based on customer's needs and wants.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.
