First Horizon Bank seeks outstanding Financial Advisors to join our growing team. Develop client relationships, partner with internal and external referral sources, and provide objective advice to help clients achieve their financial goals.

We offer onboarding and training on proven methods, plus collaboration with Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance and Family Office teams to support client success.

Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in financial services.
• Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university.
• Series 7 and either 66 or 63/65; Life & Health.
• Excellent consultative sales skills and business development track record.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow revenue and profitability in your market.
• Promote the firm’s value proposition and advisory services.
• Develop client relationships with internal bankers and external COIs.
• Coordinate with Financial Planning, Brokerage, Trust, Insurance, and Family Office as appropriate.
• Conduct client meetings and annual reviews to align financial objectives.
• Stay abreast of market trends and investment offerings.
• Engage with the community to foster business development.
