We are seeking an entrepreneurial Financial Advisor to join our growing team and build a book of business in their local community.

Job Description

As a Remote Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for acquiring and managing client relationships in your geographic region. This is a production-focused role ideal for a motivated self-starter with a strong network and a passion for delivering holistic, ethical financial guidance. You will work closely with our home office team for operational, investment, and compliance support while focusing your efforts on business development, relationship management, and financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow your own book of business through networking, referrals, and community engagement in your local area.
  • Deliver comprehensive financial planning services, including retirement, tax, charitable, estate, and investment planning.
  • Serve as the primary relationship manager for your clients, maintaining regular contact and delivering proactive advice.
  • Present and implement customized financial plans aligned with client goals and values.
  • Use technology to meet with clients virtually and manage relationships efficiently.
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards, with support from the firm’s compliance team.
  • Collaborate with internal specialists and staff to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
  • At least 5 years proven experience as a financial advisor
  • Strong business development skills and an existing network in your geographic area
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC) are required
  • Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Comfortable working with various planning tools, Salesforce, etc.
