We are looking for a motivated Financial Advisor to join our growing Wealth Management team.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about exceeding client expectations and is a consummate team player. This candidate must be organized, attentive to details and a self-starter. We are also interested in a professional that is consistently looking to improve what we do and how we do it for the good of all and interested in advancing their career through professional development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (include but are not limited to):

The Financial Advisor will support our team of senior advisors in delivering exceptional financial planning and investment services to clients. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with foundational knowledge in finance who are eager to learn and grow in a professional wealth management environment.

The Financial Advisor will join forces with the existing wealth management team members and share the following activities:

  • Support client onboarding, documentation, and account setup.

  • Assist in educational meetings to participants of retirement plans our retirement team advices on as part of our Work to Wealth initiative.

  • Collaborate with senior advisors to develop investment strategies tailored to client goals.

  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes and helping with follow-up tasks.

  • Monitor client portfolios and prepare periodic performance reports.

  • Stay current on financial products, tax laws, and industry trends.

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in financial services, wealth management, or related field.
  • Progress toward CFP certification is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems.

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $80,000.00 to $90,000.00 per year.

Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance. We also offer eligible employees health, wellbeing, retirement, and other financial benefits, paid time off, overtime pay for non-exempt employees, and robust learning and development programs. You will receive reimbursement of job-related expenses per the company policy and may receive employee perks and discounts.
