Job summary

Pursuit is seeking Financial Advisors for both Selling and Servicing tracks. Openings include Hybrid locations in Exeter, CA and Roseville, CA, plus remote roles for TX, CO and AZ with travel to Fresno, CA. Strong licensure and degree requirements apply; CFP a huge plus. Expect mentorship, a supportive team, and clear paths to advancement.

Travel is minimal to moderate; base salary with monthly bonuses and a robust benefits package are offered.

Qualifications

• Active Series 66, or 63 and 65 required.
• 2+ years of Financial Advisor experience.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• CFP or nearing completion is a huge plus.
• CA Life License or willingness to obtain.

**Hybrid locations include: Exeter, CA and Roseville, CA** (Travel once per month to CA office)

**Remote locations open for candidates located in Texas, Colorado, or Arizona - MUST live close to an airport that offers a direct flight to Fresno, CA** (Travel approximately 4-6 times per year)

Our client, a well-established and expanding financial services firm, is looking to add multiple Financial Advisors to their team. They have both Selling Advisor roles (closing new deals) and Servicing Advisor roles (managing an existing book of business) available - fit will be assessed throughout the interview process!

What You’ll Need:

Active Series 66, or 63 & 65 (required)

2+ years of experience in a Financial Advisor role

Bachelor's Degree

CFP® or close to completion (huge plus!)

CA Life License (must be willing to obtain if not currently held)
