We’re seeking a Financial Advisor who excels in high-touch client relationships, strategic thinking, and long-term business stewardship. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys sitting across the table from clients, translating complex financial matters into clear strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor over the long haul.
If your background includes public accounting, Big 4 consulting, tax, or legal advisory work—and you’re looking to apply that expertise in a client-facing, relationship-driven environment—this is a strong next step. You don’t need to bring a book of business.
What You’ll Do
- Serve as a primary advisor to clients, building long-term relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and proactive guidance
- Develop comprehensive financial strategies spanning investments, retirement, tax planning, estate considerations, and risk management
- Deliver thoughtful, tax-efficient recommendations aligned with client goals, life stages, and business interests
- Advise clients on retirement income planning, pension decisions, and long-term wealth preservation
- Collaborate closely with CPAs, attorneys, and estate planning professionals to provide fully integrated solutions
- Support business owners with succession planning and continuity strategies
- Prepare and present clear, polished financial analyses and client-ready reports
- Stay current on regulatory requirements and ensure strict adherence to compliance standards
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through consistent communication and high-quality service
What You Bring
- Series 65 (or Series 7 + 66) required within 60 days if not already licensed
- CFP or CFA required within 3 years if not currently held
- Strong client-facing presence with the ability to communicate confidently and professionally
- Background in public accounting, tax, legal, or advisory services highly valued
- A mindset geared toward maintaining and growing an existing book of business, not transactional selling
- Intellectual curiosity, business maturity, and the ability to earn trust quickly
Why This Role Stands Out
- Opportunity to join a high-performing advisory team with strong mentorship.
- Ongoing training and certification support.
- Flexible location with periodic travel for key meetings.
- Competitive benefits including PTO, paid holidays, medical/dental, disability & life insurance, retirement match, parental leave, profit-sharing bonus, professional development support, volunteer time, and more.
