Your Role and Expectations In this full-time role, you will focus on selling, developing, and
presenting Roth Conversion strategies and comprehensive financial planning for individuals
aged 59 to 75 with at least $1 million in retirement assets. Your responsibilities include taking
pre-scheduled meetings with qualified leads, educating clients on our philosophy, and
maintaining monthly key performance indicators. We are looking for passionate professionals
with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of consultative selling, and a clean
regulatory history. Your ability to connect with clients, address objections, and close sales will
be critical to your success.

Responsibilities:
1. Take 5-8 pre-scheduled meetings per week with qualified leads from our marketing efforts.
2. Educate each client on our philosophy related to solving their problems.
3. Schedule follow up meetings with clients who are still interested but haven’t made a decision.
4. Maintain Monthly Key Performance Indicators.
5. Attend weekly team meetings & KPI reviews.
