Job summary

First PREMIER Bank seeks a competent financial advisor to provide tailored financial planning and investment advice aligned with clients' goals. You will identify new customers to expand the client base and drive business growth, while maintaining compliant practices and building strong internal relationships.

The role requires Series 7, 63, and 65 licenses, a minimum of 2 years in investment sales, and a bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant financial services experience valued.
• Minimum 2 years in investment sales required.
• FINRA licenses: Series 7, 63 and 65 required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a comprehensive financial plan tailored to each client.
• Conduct independent investment research and assess suitability.
• Evaluate client suitability and adjust portfolios as needed.
• Segment clients by AUM and revenue to set meeting frequency.
• Market to clients using Cetera's Compliant Marketing Program.
• Develop Centers of Influence network for referrals.
• Build relationships with internal teams to increase referrals.
• Determine the most suitable advisory program for customers.
• Other duties may be assigned.

Role Overview

Provide clients with immediate, tailored financial planning and investment advice, ensuring their portfolios align with their individual goals and best interests. Maintain yearly goals and proactively identify new customers to expand the client base and drive business growth.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare and deliver a comprehensive financial plan tailored to each customer.
• Conduct independent investment research, compiling, assessing, and summarizing information to determine the suitability of investments for each client's situation.
• Evaluate customer suitability and best‑interest considerations, making recommendations to adjust client portfolios as necessary.
• Segment clients based on Assets Under Management and trailing 12‑month revenue to determine appropriate meeting frequency.
• Market to your customer base using Cetera’s Compliant Marketing Program.
• Develop a network of Centers of Influence to generate referrals.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with internal personnel to increase referral frequency.
• Determine the most suitable advisory program for customers.

Other duties may be assigned.

• $250,000 minimum in trailing 12‑month financial institution revenue.
