Job description

Employment Type: Full-time, Direct Hire

Experience Level: Mid to Senior Level

About This Opportunity

We are a privately held, $1B+ AUM multi-family office and registered investment advisor growing at 37% this year. We're building our portfolio strategy and planning capabilities to serve ultra-high-net-worth families and business owners, and we're looking for someone who can think strategically, communicate clearly, and hold their own in complex advisory situations.

This is a growth hire, not a backfill. You'll work directly with our senior leadership team on real, sophisticated client work: business sales, asset allocations, estate planning, charitable strategies, and complex financial scenarios that require both analytical depth and the ability to translate complexity into clarity.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as an internal strategic partner for ultra-high-net-worth clients ($5M+ households)
  • Develop and present performance reporting with comprehensive qualitative and quantitative analysis
  • Collaborate on portfolio positioning, tactical recommendations, and client goal alignment
  • Participate in and lead client meetings, explaining sophisticated financial concepts with confidence and clarity
  • Support senior advisors with detailed analysis and strategic recommendations
Financial Planning & Technical Analysis
  • Build integrated financial strategies, tax-aware planning ideas, and investment scenarios
  • Support senior advisors with in-depth estate planning, charitable strategy, and multigenerational wealth planning analysis
  • Help design proposals for new and prospective clients
  • Conduct bespoke research and strategic analysis on complex situations
Relationship Management
  • Maintain consistency in client communication and follow-up
  • Coordinate across client relations, investment management, and operations teams
  • Support leadership with research and strategic initiatives
  • Build and manage relationship pipelines across partner firms and professional networks

  • Fully on-site availability in Oklahoma City, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • CFA, CFP, or WMCP designation
  • Family office or multi-family office experience (materially shortens ramp)
  • Experience managing ultra-high-net-worth relationships ($5M+ AUM)
  • Advanced Excel (VLOOKUPs, pivots, macros), Orion, Redtail, Morningstar, PowerPoint, Bloomberg
  • RIA, family office, or wealth management industry background
Not Required (and Honestly, Not Sought)

  • Three-Year Trajectory: Approximately $300,000 total compensation
  • Medical: Firm covers 75% of employee-only premium
