Job summary

S Piper Staffing LLC is seeking a Financial Advisor for a full-time, on-site role in Minneapolis, MN. You will work with high-net-worth clients, delivering comprehensive financial planning and investment strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree from an accredited university.
  • 4+ years of experience in wealth management or financial planning.
  • Experience with RIAs, wealth management firms, or Big 4 preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and high-quality responses.
  • Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and present comprehensive financial strategies.
  • Analyze client portfolios and recommend strategic and tactical improvements.
  • Prepare client deliverables, including cash flow analysis, asset allocation, and long-term planning models.
  • Evaluate financial data and identify planning opportunities across investments, tax, estate, and risk management.
  • Support advanced financial modeling (e.g., tax strategies, equity compensation planning, wealth transfer).
  • Oversee portfolio rebalancing, trading activity, and implementation of approved strategies.
  • Lead and participate in client meetings; manage follow-up actions and execution.
  • Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation within CRM systems.
  • Partner cross-functionally with investment, tax, and estate planning specialists.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
  • Ensure timely execution of client requests including trades, wires, and account updates.
