Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications, ensuring timely and high-quality responses
- Collaborate with senior advisors to develop and present comprehensive financial strategies
- Analyze client portfolios and recommend strategic and tactical improvements
- Prepare client deliverables, including cash flow analysis, asset allocation, and long-term planning models
- Evaluate financial data and identify planning opportunities across investments, tax, estate, and risk management
- Support advanced financial modeling (e.g., tax strategies, equity compensation planning, wealth transfer)
- Oversee portfolio rebalancing, trading activity, and implementation of approved strategies
- Lead and participate in client meetings; manage follow-up actions and execution
- Maintain accurate client records and planning documentation within CRM systems
- Partner cross-functionally with investment, tax, and estate planning specialists
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to team development
- Ensure timely execution of client requests including trades, wires, and account updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university required
- 4+ years of experience in wealth management, financial planning, or related field
- Experience with RIA firms, wealth management firms, or Big 4 accounting firms strongly preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); ability to learn new systems quickly
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and attention to detail
- Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability
