Lucia Capital Groupis seeking licensed financial advisors to become part of our growing teams in San Diego, Scottsdale, Las Vegas, and Houston.

Lucia Capital Group’s financial advisors are the primary point of contact for potential and existing clients. They are responsible for developing client relationships and delivering personalized advice to help clients reach their retirement goals. Financial advisors will build customized retirement plans as well as monitor client accounts on an ongoing basis.

Position Requirements

• Financial services/insurance experience (including sales)
• The following (current) licenses: Series 7, Series 65 or 66, and Life Insurance
• Excellent attention to detail, customer service skills, and verbal and written communication skills
• Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
