Job summary

Inceed is partnering with a client to recruit a Financial Advisor in the United States. The role offers a $50,000 - $60,000 annual base, plus commission, to serve a diverse client base with emphasis on school districts and teachers.

The successful candidate will provide holistic financial planning, investment guidance, and risk management while building strong relationships and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting.
• Assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to develop tailored financial plans.
• Provide advice on investments, retirement planning, insurance, tax strategies, and wealth management.
• Monitor client portfolios and recommend adjustments based on market conditions and life changes.
• Educate clients on financial products and strategies in a clear, actionable way.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and ethical standards.
• Maintain detailed client records and financial plans.
• Stay current on market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Build and maintain a portfolio of clients through networking, referrals, and prospecting

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Relevant licenses such as Series 65, Series 7/66, and/or Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain)

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
• High level of integrity and professionalism
• Self-motivated with strong sales and relationship-building abilities
