Qualifications

  • 2+ years of financial advisory or wealth management experience.
  • Curious, career-oriented and eager to learn the wealth management business.

  • Ability to build trusted client relationships.
  • Willingness to engage in business development activities.

Responsibilities

  • Assist Lead Advisor with client meetings and materials.
  • Develop understanding of the financial planning and wealth management process.
  • Prepare financial plans, client presentations, investment reviews, and meeting materials.
  • Participate in client meetings and gradually take on increased client-facing responsibilities.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships.
  • Collaborate with Retirement team to serve retirement plan participants and identify opportunities.
  • Support retirement plans alongside the retirement consulting team.
  • Assist with prospect meetings, educational events, referrals, and other business development initiatives.
  • Help clients with comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and long-term goals.
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the CRM.

What You'll Do
  • Work alongside an experienced Lead Advisor and support the preparation and execution of client meetings
  • Develop a deep understanding of the financial planning and wealth management process
  • Prepare financial plans, client presentations, investment reviews, and meeting materials
  • Participate in client meetings and gradually take on increased client-facing responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships
  • Collaborate closely with the Retirement team to serve retirement plan participants and identify wealth management opportunities
  • Work assigned retirement plans in tandem with the retirement consulting team
  • Assist with prospect meetings, educational events, referrals, and other business development initiatives
  • Help clients with comprehensive financial planning, investment management, retirement planning, and long‑term financial goals
  • Maintain accurate client and prospect information within the CRM
