What our Financial Advisors do:

• They serve as personal coaches to our Nation’s military families, focusing on developing financial plans that evolve to meet both short-term and long-term financial goals.
• They assist military families in managing daily finances, building assets, and protecting against unexpected events.
• They engage with the community to attract new clients, supported by the local district team and Home Office.
• They partner with local military organizations, units, and other supporting institutions to engage directly with the military community.
• They coach military families on creating comprehensive financial plans that include savings, banking, investments, and wealth management.

What we offer:

• A specialized licensing and comprehensive training program designed for veterans, transitioning service members, and military spouses to start and grow a successful Financial Advisor career.
• Support for pursuing full registration and licensing as a Financial Advisor using our resources and guidance.
• Preparation and testing for licenses such as SIE, S6, S63, S65, and state Life & Health licenses.
• Potential opportunity to join our paid training program with a local district office upon successful licensing.
• Initial salary includes an hourly wage for three months, transitioning to a salaried position with incentives during the remainder of the nine-month training period.
