Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• MBA with Finance or Accounting concentration preferred.
• CPA certification required or pursued.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accounting records per policies and ensure GL reconciliation.
• Assist monthly and year-end close, including journal entries and analyses.
• Maintain GAAP knowledge and ensure compliance with internal guidelines.
• Coordinate the annual financial audit.
• Establish and enforce accounting methods and principles.
• Ensure timely completion of standard and special reporting.
• Prepare state and federal government reports.
• Oversee budgeting processes and ad hoc analyses.
• Manage internal controls and support process improvements.
• Lead and develop the Finance/Accounting team.
