The role involves analyzing statements, reconciling ledgers, preparing estimates, and assisting in monthly and annual closings. A bachelor's degree and 3+ years of GAAP accounting experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
• 3+ years of diversified accounting experience, including financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Analyze monthly financial statements and present results to supervisor and various levels within the company.
• Perform account reconciliations/reviews.
• Compiles data into financial reports, analyses, and creates new financial reports as required.
• Manages the general ledger to ensure integrity of financial information and reporting.
• Assists in the preparation of operating budgets, capital expenditure budgets, and financial modeling.
• Develop/calculate significant, complex accounting estimates.
• Calculate bonuses and profit-sharing estimates based on personnel compensation plans.
• Assists in monthly and yearly closing processes.
• Responsible for recording and reviewing recurring journal entries.
• Assists in the preparation and execution of the companies’ compliance and regulatory audits.
